Procedures for Special Events Frequency Coordination:

  1. Determine type and frequency band for your event. (RPU, 2 GHz, 7 GHz. etc.)
  2. Compile a list of needed frequencies, including Microwave Band and channels, Wireless Mic's, and any other Aux. frequencies that fall under Part 74. You may use the SBE Frequency Coordination Request site to file your request if you wish.. 
  3. Contact The Part 74 Frequency Coordinator.  Preferably by E-Mail informing him on frequencies needed, location of the Event, and on-site contact information.  
  4. The Coordinator will confirm receipt of your information, and reply with what frequencies will and will not work for you.  
  5. Please send requests at least 2 weeks before the event.
