Oregon State EAS Plan

 

In addition to the two required EAS monitoring assignments in Portland/Vancouver,
LP-1 750 KXL and LP-2 92.3 KGON,
think about monitoring (in this order):

Local Relay Network 166.25 MHz
(first-generation audio for tests and alerts from Multnomah, Washington, Clark, and Columbia counties)

National Weather Service:  162.55 MHz (Portland office)

State Relay (SR): 91.5 KOPB-FM (the first generation audio for tests and alerts from the State)

Capital Operational Area (Salem) LP-1 KWVT-LP TV Channel 17 (since Salem is in the Portland metro)

Washington State Relay Network (SRN):  155.475 MHz (except for RMT and CAE)
